Postage and Returns Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Candy Queens. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Postage & Returns Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy 

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Orders are not posted or delivered on weekends or Bank Holidays. We will endeavor, as far as possible, to process all orders that are placed before 12 pm on the same working day. Orders placed after 12 pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. Orders will be sent by Royal Mail, Everi (formerly Hermes) or DHL Parcel Delivery depending on order weight.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please note: On occasion, products may vary but will always be replaced with items of equal or greater value.

Damages

Candy Queens is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the delivering company to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Allergies and box contents

Candy Queens' Pick ‘n’ Mix are jammed full of a delicious variety of sweets and therefore may contain traces of nuts, E numbers, milk, wheat, gluten and gelatine among other ingredients (unless specific dietary sweet items are advertised and sold). 

Custom boxes are available upon request. We would be happy to assist with any bespoke orders for parties, weddings, celebrations and other special occasions.

Returns / Refunds

Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch by notifying us on our contact us page. If a customer wants to return an order once the item(s) have been despatched, as per the Consumer Contract Regulations, the buyer must inform us of their request within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.  Unless a product is faulty / defective, we will only accept products for return if they are returned in an ‘unused’, ‘resalable’  condition.  A full refund of the original purchase price of the product (excluding the postage charges) will be issued within 2-3 working days of items being returned to Candy Queens. Please note if you change your mind, then you are fully responsible for all postage charges relating to returning the product

Candy Queens strive to ensure our customers love their delivery of Pick ‘n’ Mix sweets however, if you are dissatisfied with your service or product, please get in contact and we will endeavour to resolve this for you.
